#24: Can you work under pressure?

TRAPS: An easy question, but you want to make your answer believable.

BEST ANSWER: Absolutely…(then prove it with a vivid example or two of a goal or project accomplished under severe pressure).

If this is a possible question then it's best to think of a plausible and valid answer. Logically if this job you are applying for does have some degree of pressure, then it would only be normal to assume that you can work under pressure. Question relies on what type of pressure we are referring to. Some jobs have deadlines, quotas/targets and they are part of the was is expected. I would answer relative to the job you applying. If it requires certain deadlines then you can find an example from previous work experience to justify or generalize (I've always achieved my targets or most often my targets were achieved). Apply your response to what to understand by pressure. . . Yes, sometimes these questions seem tedious and useless, but trust me, they all serve a purpose. Good luck
